Getting a subscription makes it convenient to purchase True Hydration™ on a recurring schedule. Signing up ensures that you automatically get True Hydration™ sent to you every 2 weeks or monthly without having to place a new order.

What are the available subscription options?

True Hydration™ subscriptions are available in a variety of different options: 12, 24, or 36 cans delivered either every 2 weeks or monthly.

Can I use both the sitewide 10% discount and my Hydration Membership discount with this subscription?

Yes! Both the sitewide 10% discount and your Hydration Membership discount can be stacked with your subscription order

What happens if the payment for my subscription fails?

If your payment is unsuccessful, an email will be sent to your registered email address notifying you of the failed payment and prompting you to update your payment method. Once your details are updated, the original charge for your subscription will be placed again within 24 hours—no need to place a new order.

Does my subscription have an expiration date?

No, your subscription will not expire. It’ll continue automatically unless cancelled or modified.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you may cancel your subscription by logging into your account on the
True Hydration™ website and accessing your user account settings.

Please note that all cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your next billing date to take effect.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will no longer be renewed. However, you’ll still be
able to enjoy the current subscription until the end of the current billing cycle.

Can I modify my subscription instead of cancelling it?

Yes! You may modify your subscription by logging in to the True Hydration™ website and accessing your user account settings.

To ensure the changes take effect before your next billing cycle, they must be made at least 1 day before your subscription is scheduled for renewal.
