Here is an example of how earnings are calculated:

2. Are there restrictions on who can sign up for a Hydration Membership?

Hydration Membership is open to everyone.

3. Do I need to pay a registration or membership fee?

Registration and membership are completely free.

4. Does my Hydration Membership have an expiration date?

Hydration Memberships do not expire. Your membership will always be valid unless cancelled or terminated.

5. Can I cancel or terminate my Hydration Membership?

You can request cancellation of your membership by contacting service@truehy.sg.

6. How do I start earning commissions with my Hydration Membership?

All Hydration Members receive a unique referral code upon registration. When anyone makes a True Hydration™ purchase using your referral code, you will receive a 10% commission on their purchased amount. An additional 2% bonus on all referred purchases will also be credited to you if the total referred purchases exceed SGD 500 in a calendar month, excluding GST.

7. Can I earn commissions on all products?

You can earn commissions on successfully referred purchases for any True Hydration™ product.

8. Is there a limit on the number of people I can refer?

There is no limit to the number of referrals—the more you share; the more you earn.

9. What happens if the person I referred forgets to use my unique referral code?

Unfortunately, there would be no way of attributing the sale to you. Please ensure your unique referral code is used at time of purchase.

10. What happens if the person I referred cancels an order?

Unfortunately, no commission can be earned on cancelled orders.

11. How can I track my referrals?

Please log in to your member’s account to view your referral history.

12. When will I receive my commission earnings?

Commissions for eligible orders placed in a calendar month will be paid out to your bank account within the first 10 business days of the following month.
