What payment methods are available?

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and American Express. Please note that all payments will be made in SGD.

Can I change my payment method for an order?

The chosen payment method for an order cannot be amended once the order has been submitted.

Why did my payment fail and what should I do?

Your connection might have dropped during checkout. Alternatively, your card might have been declined.

If you continue to have trouble placing an order after multiple attempts, please contact our customer service team at service@truehy.sg.

Are my credit/debit card details secure?

Please be assured that our appointed payment gateway provider has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and has received the PCI Service Provider Level 1 certification. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

When will my credit card be charged?

When you place an order, we will request authorisation from your credit card company to charge you with the order amount. Once we receive approval, your card will be charged with that amount.

Can I change my billing address?

Your billing address should be the same billing address registered with your payment provider. Please ensure that your billing address is correct at the time of placing your order. Once your order has been confirmed, your billing address cannot be changed.

Can I place an order using a credit card that is not registered in Singapore?

Yes, we accept overseas credit cards. However, you may be subjected to charges from your bank when making international transactions.

Can I get a GST refund?

There are currently no GST refunds available.

Do I need to pay tax for international orders?

Yes, you may be subjected to sales, customs and/or import or export taxes.
